When I say these are the worlds easiest peanut butter cookies - I am not kidding. With just 3 ingredients you'll wow your friends and family with this delightfully crunchy and sweet cookie.

You can use this recipe and add Hershey's Kisses to the top a couple minutes after removing your cookies from the oven, or you can add chocolate chips or chunks for a little chocolate and peanut butter action. 

PB COOKIES

▢ 1 C Peanut Butter

▢ 1 C Granulated Sugar

▢ 1 Egg

Double, triple and quadruple as needed!

• Combine all 3 ingredients in a bowl. 

• Roll dough into small spheres the size you want the cookies to be- these cookies barely spread while baking.

• If you are leaving the cookie plain, or you have added chocolate chips or crunch, you can lightly squash each ball with a fork. 

• If you plan to add Hershey's kisses, do not squash the cookies.

• Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until cookies are just beginning to turn golden brown where they meet the cookie sheet. 

• Let cool and Enjoy!
